Returns and Refund Policy

Unfortunately, due to the handmade nature of our products, Blanc and Noire Skincare, LLC. does not offer returns or refunds. 

If you are unhappy with your order, please, contact us at info@blancandnoireskincare.com and we will be happy to assist you.

All sales are final.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note, all of Blanc and Noire Skincare LLC., products are made out of natural oils and butters, and are extremely temperature sensitive. If your product melts during transit place your package in the refrigerator and it will solidify. Although it may not be as full due to the loss of its whipped consistency, it is still a good product.
