How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. During launches, restocks, sales, and holiday peak season, processing times may run on the higher end of that window — thank you for your patience while we prepare your ritual with care.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. Because fragrance preferences are personal and our products cannot be resold once opened or used, we're unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for scents that don't meet individual preferences.

What if my order arrives damaged, or I receive the wrong item?

Please email us at info@blancandnoireskincare.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll take it from there and make it right.

What if my package is lost or marked as delivered but never arrived?

What's in your body oils?

Our body oils are made with sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, castor oil, and fragrance oil. As with any new product, we recommend patch testing on a small area of skin first.

What's in your body butters, and why are they seasonal?

Our whipped body butters are made with shea butter and avocado oil. Because these ingredients are heat-sensitive and can soften, separate, or melt in transit during warmer months, body butters are offered seasonally to make sure they arrive to you exactly as intended. As with our oils, we recommend patch testing first.

Are your body oils meant to replace my perfume?

Not quite — think of them as a companion, not a replacement. Our body oils can be worn alone or layered with your favorite scents. For the best longevity, we recommend starting with a matching lotion or body butter (or an unscented one), sealing it in with your body oil, then finishing with your perfume or cologne on top.

How long do your products stay fresh?

For the best experience, we recommend using your body oil or body butter within 6–8 months of purchase, then treating yourself to a fresh bottle. This keeps the fragrance and formula performing at their best.

Can I try a scent before committing to a full-size bottle?

Yes! We offer a 2oz test size on select products, so you can find your perfect scent before going all in.
