  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

    Refunds or replacements will not be issued due to scent preference or subjectivity.

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you receive the wrong item or a product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery for assistance.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3–10 business days(excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow additional time for carrier transit and delivery.

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped within the United States only.

  • Yes! We do offer wholesale and custom orders for special events such as weddings, parties, and corporate gifting. Please allow a 2-week turnaround time for production and processing.

  • Our body oils are not perfume oils—they’re fragrance-infused body care designed to moisturize the skin while adding a beautiful scent. They are meant to be layered with your favorite perfumes to boost longevity and help fragrance cling to your skin.

    Keep in mind, all skin types hold scent differently, so wear time can vary from person to person.
