What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order and it has shipped, we will send you a tracking number confirmation email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order. Please allow 3-7 business days to process your order. 

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping.

Once your order has been shipped we cannot accept any edits to your order.

To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship in the United-States and Canada.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process it for delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies .

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?

We accept 3 times payment thank to our partner Shop Pay.

You will be able to chose that payment option on checkout.

What if I'm not home?

Please, be advised. Blanc and Noire Skincare is not responsible for any mishandled, lost, or stolen packages. If you are unable to be at home at the time of your delivery, please contact the courier for further instructions.

4. Returns

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges.​ We do not issue refunds if you are not satisfied with the scent.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Do you have physical stores?

We currently don't have any physical stores under our brand name.
